Coat the peppers with olive oil, salt them, arrange them in a pan on a sheet of parchment and bake them in the oven (about 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees). Then peel them and cut into thick strips.
Drain the liquid from the canned beans using a colander. Save it. Add the finely chopped parsley and rye croutons. Stir and 3-5 minutes later add the peppers. Mix with parsley, onion, sprinkle with olive oil, season and enjoy!
