How To Cook Whole Boiled And Fried Potatoes With Rosemary In Butter - Recipe

Required products :

about 10 equal in size equal and small potatoes
40-50 grams of butter
broth optionally a
few sprigs of fresh or dried rosemary
spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and place them in a Teflon pan with a lid.

 

Pour broth of your choice, occupying 3/4 of the volume of the vessel. Then add the butter, rosemary stalks and salt to taste.

 

Close the pan with a lid and let the potatoes boil until the liquid evaporates and bakes on one side. Then turn from the other carefully and wait for them to fry until golden.
