Learn how to cook "Whole boiled and fried potatoes with rosemary in butter". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
about 10 equal in size equal and small potatoes
40-50 grams of butter
broth optionally a
few sprigs of fresh or dried rosemary
spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and place them in a Teflon pan with a lid.
Pour broth of your choice, occupying 3/4 of the volume of the vessel. Then add the butter, rosemary stalks and salt to taste.
Close the pan with a lid and let the potatoes boil until the liquid evaporates and bakes on one side. Then turn from the other carefully and wait for them to fry until golden.
That is all. You can now serve.
