Required products :

  • 1 1/2 tea cups grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 - 1 teaspoon wholemeal flour
  • sea ​​salt for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the bottom of a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Blanch the carrots in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Drain.
  • Transfer them to kitchen paper to drain as much as possible.
  • Mix the carrots, yellow cheese and eggs in a blender and mash to the desired size of the carrot pieces.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gradually add the flour, starting with 1/4 tea cup.
  • Stir after each addition until kneading a soft dough. It should be neither too sticky nor too dry.
  • Roll it out on a clean floured surface about 7-8 millimeters thick.
  • Cut into strips, then into squares the size of 2-3 centimeters.
