How To Cook Wholemeal Pizza With Tuna, Sea Cabbage And Parmesan - Recipe

Necessary products


For the stuffing:

  • 200 grams of canned tuna
  • 100 grams of sea cabbage (canned)
  • 150 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 5 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 70 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • dried oregano and a mixture of different types of pepper to taste


For the dough:

  • 1 cup whey
  • 2 teaspoons wholemeal flour
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons dry yeast

 

Method of preparation :


In a baking dish, mix the dough products in the order in which they are listed: whey, olive oil, flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Turn on the appliance in "dough" mode and after the dough is kneaded, leave it in the bowl for 20-30 minutes.

Then divide it into 4 parts, roll them, giving them a round or oval shape and spread with tomato sauce. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, cut in half, on it, spread the seaweed, pieces of tuna and sprinkle with a mixture of different types of ground pepper, dried oregano and grated Parmesan.

Bake the pizzas at 180 degrees in the oven (for 20 minutes).
