Replace breakfast with this so easy healthy recipe for whose pudding, garnished with bananas and crunchy pistachios for added enjoyment.

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other)
  • 2 tablespoons whose seeds
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • a pinch of ground cardamom and cloves
  • 1/2 banana, cut into circles
  • 1 tablespoon roasted pistachios, crushed

Method of preparation :

In a small bowl, combine the almond milk (or other), chia, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Put a lid on and refrigerate overnight or 8 hours (or up to 3 days).

Stir well before serving. Pour the chia pudding into a serving bowl and garnish with banana and pistachio slices.
