Necessary products:

 

  • 750 grams of flour
  • 15 grams of fresh bread yeast
  • half a teaspoon of fine salt
  • 450 milliliters of lukewarm water
  • extra flour

 

Method of preparation:


Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt and make a well in the middle. Dilute the yeast in cool water, allow to activate and combine the two mixtures. Stir quickly and vigorously with a wooden spoon until the products are mixed. Cover the resulting sticky dough with a damp cloth and leave to rise. Flour a plate, put the dough and with a few movements shape like bread. Wait for it to double in volume again, put it in a clay pot, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the bread until done. Remove from the oven, spray with cold water, wrap with a damp cloth. Cool, cut and serve the fragrant bread.
