Method of preparation :
Stir in the softened butter to form a cream.
Sift the flour, grate the cheese. Mix the butter with the flour, add the egg, then the yellow cheese.
Knead the dough. If it crumbles, add 1 tablespoon of water, milk or cream.
Shape the dough like salami and cut into pieces (if you want, shape different figures to get beautiful saltines).
Arrange the pieces of dough in a tray lined with baking paper, spread them with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds (you can sprinkle only part of them).
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Melt the butter in a suitable bowl, add the cream and grated yellow cheese. Heat the mixture until all the ingredients are melted.
Put the tomato puree, heat until completely homogeneous and remove from the heat. Salt and other spices are added to taste.
Serve the prepared pickles with the amazing yellow cheese sauce. Dip them in it and enjoy the taste.
