Required products :
 
500 grams of zucchini
100 grams of carrots
2 tablespoons flour
dill to taste
1 egg
salt to taste
soda on the tip of a knife
frying oil
 
Method of preparation :
 
Grate the zucchini with a large grater, then squeeze the liquid with your hands.
Add to them the carrots, pre-peeled and grated, the egg, the flour, the finely chopped dill, a little soda and add salt to taste.
