Necessary products:
0.5 kg of zucchini
2-3 eggs
300 g of potatoes
200 ml oil
200 ml sour cream
1 egg and breadcrumbs
lettuce leaves
parsley
dill

Method of preparation:
Wash the zucchini, cut off the edges and grate the rest on a fine grater. Boil the potatoes and puree. Chop the parsley. Mix the mashed potatoes, grated zucchini, chopped parsley, eggs. Season with salt and allspice. Stir. In two separate bowls put 1 egg and flour, form meatballs and roll them first in the egg, then in the flour. Fry them until hot in hot oil.
Arrange the prepared meatballs on a lettuce leaf, pour the sour cream and sprinkle with chopped dill.
You can make garlic sauce as a side dish instead of cream.
