Method of preparation :
Cut the zucchini into 2x2 cm cubes.
Pour them into a greased pan with a capacity of about 2-2.5 liters. Add the chopped green spices.
Bake them for 15 minutes in the oven.
Then remove and pour the sauce from the beaten eggs, mustard and cream.
Sprinkle with yellow cheese products and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
The casserole is ready.
