How To Cook Zucchini Meatballs With Mushrooms And Onions - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Zucchini meatballs with mushrooms and onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 350 grams of small young zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 4-5 fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • oil

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the mushrooms and onions on a medium grater, fry them in a small amount of oil and leave the mixture to cool.

Wash and grate the zucchini, then pour them over the mushrooms. Add the parsley, eggs, flour, spices and baking powder.

Mix the products well and fry meatballs from them, scooping out the "minced meat" with a tablespoon.

You can serve the dish with sour cream or cream sauce with green spices and garlic.
