Required products :

450 grams zucchini
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
350 milliliters of milk
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
60 milliliters of cream
60 grams of grated yellow cheese (can Parmesan)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the zucchini, cut them into thin strips, do not use the inside with the seeds.

Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and pour the green spaghetti. Let cook for 3-5 minutes until soft. Leave for now.

In a small saucepan, heat the remaining oil and fry the garlic cloves in it for 1-2 minutes until it begins to release its aroma. Then add the flour, stir and a minute later start pouring the milk gradually in portions, stirring after adding each so that no lumps form.
Add the oregano, thyme and let the sauce boil for 1-2 minutes. Then pour the cream and add the grated cheese. Mix everything and leave the mixture on the stove until it thickens (a few minutes are enough).

Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and put the zucchini in the prepared sauce.
Stir and serve immediately.

Enjoy your meal!
