How to dry cauliflower in the dryer

Cauliflower is a fairly popular vegetable. Cauliflower dishes often appear on our table. We marinate such cabbage, stew, fry, add to stews, soups, mashed potatoes.

During the season, housewives actively store cauliflower for the winter in the form of various preparations: they freeze, pickle, and canned. It turns out that cauliflower, like ordinary cabbage, can be dried without problems. When dried, cabbage loses moisture and from 1 kilogram of fresh cauliflower you will get approximately 150 grams of dry cabbage.

This is very convenient, since dried cabbage takes up little space, does not deteriorate and is convenient to store. And in winter, it is enough to pour such cabbage for a while with water and then add it to the dish. Cabbage prepared in this way can be added to soups, vegetable stews, omelettes.
