Recipes with celery root
Step 1
For work, we need a knife, a kitchen board, a vegetable dryer and a celery root.
Step 2
Wash the celery root well and peel it.
Step 3
Cut into thin sticks with a side of 3-4 mm.
Step 4
Arrange the sticks in a single layer on the vegetable drying racks.
Step 5
Dry until done. This will take you approximately 3-4 hours. Store in a tightly closed jar.
