Do oyster mushrooms dry for the winter

Oyster mushrooms are excellent, very tasty mushrooms. Most often, oyster mushrooms are boiled, fried or stewed. They can also be salted and marinated. And although drying oyster mushrooms is not a very common way of harvesting these mushrooms, it has a right to exist.

Sometimes it happens that you have purchased too many mushrooms and do not have the opportunity to process them into a dish at one time. And then, in order for the mushrooms not to deteriorate, they are dried. Already dried, oyster mushrooms can be stored for a long time. From them at any convenient time you can cook a lot of delicious dishes. Store dried oyster mushrooms in a cool, dry place.
