If you have already harvested a large crop, then there comes a moment when the strawberries have nowhere to go, and it keeps bearing fruit and fruit. I immediately recall the fact that in a month there will be no more strawberries, and that's when you want it again. And if you have already made strawberry jam, filled the pantry with strawberry compotes, and the freezer with strawberries, then you can safely dry the strawberries at home.

As a result of drying, you will get the most fragrant and very beautiful strawberry chips. These chips can decorate desserts. You can brew them with tea. Can be added to charlotte, muffins and muffins. And you can serve as natural sweets with herbal tea. Great taste and aroma guaranteed!
