Proper healthy and varied nutrition is the key to both our good health and maintaining our ability to work. In a busy everyday life, work meetings and many commitments, it is difficult to maintain a proper diet. Usually in the morning we drink coffee on an empty stomach, at noon we eat a greasy sandwich, and in the evening we cram into a faint. This diet is extremely unhealthy and leads to a number of problems - overweight, easy fatigue, problems with concentration and performance.
As it is difficult to combine a healthy diet with a busy work day, we offer you some tips that can help you achieve it:
The type and time of eating should depend on what time is the peak of your activity and ability to work and what time you feel tired.
Foods rich in protein, such as meat, fish and legumes, increase metabolism and excitability of the nervous system. By eating such food, your stomach begins to secrete juices, and therefore, if you spend all day in the office, a good solution for lunch would be to eat meat with potatoes, for example. However, this is not an appropriate option for an evening menu, because before going to sleep the work of the stomach is slowed down and proteins are digested worse. This, of course, does not apply to those who work at night. If the body is active at night, it is not only allowed, but also necessary to eat well.
To calm your nerves and improve the activity of your brain, it is good to always have a chocolate bar on hand. Combining coffee with chocolate is an excellent double stimulant that will tone you, improve your mood, and is also much safer than cigarettes.
Experts claim that chocolate and coffee in combination eliminate headaches and help against the signs of fatigue, ensuring adequate and quick reactions and thought for at least an hour.
In active physical activity, nutrition should also be consistent with this. Muscles need a different type of nutrient than the brain. If your work involves exercise, kebab is a better choice than a vegetable salad.
Fats release energy and maintain a constant and normal temperature in the body.
Keep in mind that it is better to provide the body with food when it needs it, not when you have time.
