Cabbage is the basis of many salads, first and second courses. It is stewed, boiled, fried, used fresh. Roasted cabbage is an excellent side dish for meat dishes. Serve such cabbage with sausages, meatballs, meatballs - it will always be tasty and juicy.
Remember that the taste of fried cabbage is very dependent on how properly and thinly you chopped it. Try to shred the cabbage as thinly as possible. Salt and pepper the cabbage 5 minutes before the end of frying, and add greens at the very end - it will turn out much tastier.
