It goes well with many vegetables: tomatoes, potatoes, bell peppers, onions, zucchini and eggplant. Asparagus also feels great in the company of eggs.
An excellent and tasty dish is fried green beans. It can be fried with onions, vegetables, breadcrumbs. The main thing is to remember that the green beans before frying must be sorted out well, remove the hard tips, rinse and boil for 5-8 minutes. And then you can fry it any way you like. Serve such beans as an independent dish or side dish for meat.
Frozen green beans do not need to be boiled before frying, as they have already been boiled before freezing. It is fried in the same way as fresh, the only thing is that before frying it must be held in a pan under a closed lid, over medium heat, for 1-2 minutes.
Recipes with the ingredient fresh green beans
Step 1
For work, we need green beans - 300 grams, butter - 50 g, breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp. l., salt - 1 tsp., saucepan, frying pan, knife, colander.
Step 2
Sort the string beans, cut off the tips on both sides.

Rinse beans well under running water.

Boil beans in salted water for 5-7 minutes.

Drain the water.

Fry the beans properly in a pan with butter for 3-4 minutes. At this point, roasting can be completed and the beans are ready to serve.

If desired, you can add breadcrumbs to the pan, mix and let fry for another 1-2 minutes. Beans fried in breadcrumbs is a very tasty dish.

Roasted green beans are ready to serve.
