Melt everything in a water bath, stirring.

Line a small bowl with cling film and place the chocolate mixture into the bowl. Leave at room temperature for 1 hour to solidify completely (do not spread in the refrigerator).

Step 5

 

Remove the hardened chocolate from the bowl. Wrap the end of the chocolate bar in cling film and take the chocolate bar with your left hand by this end. Using a housekeeper knife, cut the chocolate into shavings in the same way as peeling off the skin of a potato.
