It is best to marinate rather firm fragrant and tasty pears, with dense pulp, slightly unripe, with thin skin. When pickling pears, you can change the spices and spices to your liking.

Step 1
For work, we need pears - 700 grams, sugar - 300 grams, table vinegar - 100 ml, salt - 1 tsp, bay leaf - 2 pieces, black peppercorns - 4 pieces, allspice - 2 pieces, water - 700 ml, saucepan, knife, bowl.
