Mistresses widely use beef and pork, chicken and goose liver in their work. But in working with the liver there are some secrets that should be remembered: the liver must not only be cooked correctly, but also properly processed before cooking.
Before work, the liver should be washed, cleaned of bile ducts and film. If the film is not removed, then during frying the liver will become stiff because of this. Our advice will help you easily and simply remove the film from the liver.
Recipes with Beef Liver
Step 1
For work, we need beef liver, water, a saucepan, a bowl, a knife, a cutting board.
Step 2
Wash the liver well.
Step 3
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and pour boiling water over the liver. Leave for 20 seconds.
Step 4
Put the liver on a cutting board and pry off the film on one side with a knife. Pull the film, helping yourself with your fingers. It separates easily.
Step 5
Similarly, remove the film from all sides of the liver. The liver is ready to go.
