Have you planned a grand family dinner, gatherings at a plentiful feast, a child's birthday? Work is over the roof, and time is just melting ... How to do everything in time and not run headlong? Let's talk!

Blankets are one of the easiest ways to save time in the kitchen. Usually, the preparation of products takes a lot of time, which is so often not enough. If you want to make this process faster, cut vegetables, meat in advance, cut the fish and put everything in the refrigerator or freezer, you can immediately put it on a tray under cling film. Have time to do several things at the same time - while the vegetables are being cooked on Olivier, cut pickles, sausage and open a jar of peas. And so in everything, you can combine several processes in the kitchen at once.

Plan your menu in advance - at least a week in advance. This will allow you to purchase products without haste, to make preparations. So you save a lot of time. Learn how to properly store frozen foods. Divide meat, fish, minced meat into small portions, place in separate bags, put the date of freezing on the bag. Cook more food at a time, of course, this item refers to food that can be stored for several days. Think ahead about what you will be eating during the week and prepare meals that can be easily reheated.

Another great way to save time on cooking is to marinate the meat. This is a very simple way of preparing meat, which, firstly, will make the meat juicy and very tasty, and secondly, it will significantly reduce cooking time. Meat can be marinated overnight and cooked the next day. Get clean as you cook. Always keep rags and sponges ready. Oil spilled, a drop of sauce fell on the floor - clean it up right away, otherwise you will spread it all over the kitchen, and then spend a lot of time cleaning. Always keep paper towels in the kitchen - the easiest and best gadget for a quick cleanup.

The cutting board, especially when cutting meat or fish, put in a bag or wrap with a film. Once you've dealt with the "loot", just remove the film. Your board will remain clean and will not absorb foreign odors. Another super cool cutting board hack is to put it on a baking sheet. When cutting vegetables, fruits or meat, the liquid will not drain onto the table, but onto a baking sheet that is easy to rinse. Tall bowls and salad bowls are a guarantee that all the ingredients for the salad will remain in place, and will not run away to the table.

Use dental floss to cut soft cheeses. This method is very convenient, saves you time and leaves knives and hands clean. Cut canned food right in the jar - this will make your cooking easier and save you from washing plates or a cutting board. Canned fish can also be crushed right in the jar, and tomatoes for the sauce can be cut with culinary scissors.
