We all know that green spices can be stored for the winter by drying them. But there is another way - by salting them.
Fresh parsley, dill, celery are washed, shaken off the water, thoroughly cleaned of grass, damaged and rough parts, cut off their roots. </ Then cut and mix with salt in a ratio of 4: 1. Distribute in sterilized glass jars, ceramic or wooden containers, squeeze until the herbs release their juice.
The jars are left for two days at room temperature (the herbs will settle during this time). Then top up with spices. The better the grass is "compacted", the longer and better it will be preserved.
