How to transfer thin dough into a mold step by step instructions with a photo

Step 1

 

For work, we need dough, rolling pin, cutting board, parchment paper.

Step 2

 

Put the required piece of dough on a sheet of parchment paper. If the dough is very sticky, grease the parchment paper with a thin layer of vegetable oil.

Step 3

 

Cover the dough with a second sheet of parchment paper (greased too, if needed). Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to the desired size and thickness.

Step 4

 

Remove the top paper. If necessary, lightly dust the top of the dough with wheat flour. Roll the dough onto the rolling pin.

Step 5

 

Transfer the rolling pin along with the dough, place it over the form and unfold the rolling pin. The dough, when unfolded, will gently fall into the form.

Step 6

 

Trim the dough a little in the form and you can send it to the oven.
