Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes, boil until half cooked in salted water. At the end of cooking, add beans to the pan (can be frozen). Pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan, heat and fry the chopped leek in thin rings. Put potatoes with beans, fish, chopped into pieces, chopped bell pepper. Cook, stirring, for a few minutes. Then pour everything with a mixture of eggs, salt, spices. Fry the frittata until done, covered.
From the ingredients for cabbage rolls, you can build an incredibly tasty casserole. We mix rice, minced meat, chopped cabbage, send it to the oven and after 50 minutes we will enjoy juicy and hearty hot.
You will need:
500 g minced meat (chicken or meat); 300 g of white cabbage; 150 g of rice; bulb; 2 medium carrots; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil; 200 ml sour cream; 3 art. l. tomato paste; 250 ml of water; salt, pepper to taste.
Boil rice until half cooked, after boiling for 10-12 minutes. Drain the water. Shred the cabbage. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil (two tablespoons) until soft, mix with cabbage, minced meat, rice, spices. Lubricate the heat-resistant form with oil, lay out the prepared mixture, level it. Put a layer of grated carrots on top, pour in the filling of sour cream, water and tomato paste. Bake for 50 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Chicken with mozzarella in a creamy tomato sauce! Never before has breast been so juicy and tender. Boil rice as a side dish.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts; 120-150 g cream cheese; 50 g mozzarella; 200 g of tomatoes canned in their own juice or tomato trade winds; bulb; garlic; salt, herbs to taste; 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Peel the onion and garlic, chop finely. Punch tomatoes with a blender. Fry chicken breasts in oil until golden brown, 5-6 minutes per side. Then add onion and garlic to the same pan, stirring, fry for a minute. Add tomatoes, salt, chopped herbs, cream cheese, stir and simmer for another minute. Pour the sauce into a small heat-resistant form, put the breasts in it, put the mozzarella cut into layers on the chicken. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
The basis of this sumptuous casserole is grated potatoes, but other ingredients can be added at your discretion and availability in the refrigerator. Ham, cheese, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers - take your pick!
For the casserole you will need:
3 potatoes; bulb; bell pepper; 3-4 cherry tomatoes; 2 cloves of garlic; egg; 200 g ham (or sausage); 1 st. l. flour; 1 st. l. sour cream; 100 g of yellow cheese; half a spoonful of mustard; 3 art. l. vegetable oil; salt, spices to taste.
Wash and clean vegetables. Cut the onion, bell pepper and ham into arbitrary pieces. Fry all this in vegetable oil until the vegetables are soft (do not wash the pan). Put the stuffing on a plate. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, mix with spices, salt, flour, garlic passed through a press, beat in an egg and mix. Put the potatoes in a preheated pan, if necessary, add more oil. Fry over high heat until golden brown, then flip over and brush the top with sour cream and mustard. Distribute the filling, tomato circles, sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover and cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.

You will need:
700 g chicken (any parts); glass of water; 1 st. l. salt and sugar.
Pour salt and sugar into the pan, put on fire. Heat, stirring, until the sugar begins to melt. Pour in water and boil a little. Put the chicken in a bowl, pour over the caramel and add your favorite poultry spices. Leave for 15 minutes, then put on parchment in a baking sheet and put in the oven for 45-50 minutes, temperature - 180 degrees.
Crispy crust, onion and mashed potatoes for garnish - delicious! We also recommend pickled cucumber, which wonderfully sets off the sweetness of the liver.
Ingredients:
600 g of liver (chicken, turkey); bulb; 4 tbsp. l. flour; a pinch of salt; 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
For a side dish, boil sliced potatoes in salted water. Cut the liver into pieces, cut off the films. Roll the liver pieces in the flour and salt mixture. Fry in a preheated pan in oil until crispy, then add the chopped onion in half rings and fry everything together, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
For this incredibly tender dish, you only need two ingredients - chicken thighs and melted cheese. Add spices to your taste.
Need:
2 chicken thighs or 800 g; a clove or half a spoon of dried garlic; black pepper to taste; 200 g melted cheese.
Divide the thighs into two parts, put them in a tall thick-walled pan, add a mug of water and simmer over low heat under a lid for 40 minutes, until the meat comes off the bone easily. Then add cheese, pepper, garlic passed through a press and simmer for another 10 minutes.
