Gooseberry jam with mint

 

Sweet bursting berries with mint flavor! You can't even tell it's a gooseberry!

From a glass of water and 500 g of sugar, boil the syrup. Cut off the tails of 500 g gooseberries. Pour the berries and three sprigs of mint with syrup and leave for 5-6 hours. Tomato jam with basil

 

It's more of a sauce or chutney with tomato pieces in balsamic vinegar. Excellent with meat and poultry. And it is better to roll such jam into small jars to eat at a time.

Dried apricot jam with walnuts

Peach jam with walnuts

Take 600 g of peaches and sugar, as well as a glass of crushed walnuts. Peeled and pitted peaches cut into pieces, put in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and leave for an hour. Ginger and orange jam

In a saucepan, mix half a glass of water, 2/3 cup sugar and the zest of one orange, cut into thin strips. There we also send the pulp of an orange without membranes, cut into pieces. Cucumber jam with gooseberries

 

Prepare an unusual and very tasty jam with cucumbers and gooseberries! Fortunately, both of them are now in bulk in the garden-garden.

Mix 700 g of peeled and diced cucumbers with 300 g of gooseberries without tails, sprinkle with sugar (600 g). After an hour, pour in 100 ml of water and do not touch for another hour. After that, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes, add a pinch of citric acid and cook for another 10 minutes. Cucumbers should be soft in the finished jam. Pink jam is perfect for any dessert - ice cream, fluffy buns, pancakes. And cooking it is very easy!

100 g of washed tea rose petals from your garden, add 100 g of sugar and add the juice of one lemon. We leave for a couple of hours. The resulting juice is mixed with 400 ml of water and 400 g of sugar and boiled syrup. Add sweet petals to the syrup, cook for another 20 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars. Ready!
