The main function of the kidneys is to remove water-soluble substances and water from the body. About 1500 liters of blood pass through this organ daily, which is filtered, and the amount of urine excreted is about 1-1.5 liters.

To cleanse your kidneys, you must first remove the cause of the stones, and then use tools to help break them down into sand, which is thrown away.

The main reason for the appearance of such health problems is improper nutrition, including poor quality products. You will also need to reduce your consumption of meat and other high-protein products. Limit pasta. Divide the food into small portions so that it can be fully digested, otherwise a lot of slag is formed. Doctors recommend eating mainly raw fruits and vegetables. In general, the menu should be more plant-based, animal products should be as small as possible.

Try to stick to such a diet and you will solve some of your kidney problems. However, purification should be done periodically.

The most affordable, easy and effective way to do this is watermelon. Consume as much of it as possible during the ripening season. It is good if you do not eat any food other than juicy fruit for a while. Of course, buy watermelons of clear origin and free of any harmful substances. Such a "flush" will have a very good effect on the kidneys.

If you can't stand hunger, eat some fresh white bread.

Another way to get rid of kidney stones, if it is not watermelon season, is to prepare the following special mixture for which they are needed:

  • tea cup of honey;
  • tea cup real high-quality vodka (or other alcohol), which must first be purified from fusel oils.
  • a cup of red beet juice that has been refrigerated for at least 3-4 hours;
  • tea cup of black radish juice - right here contains all the power of the mixture, breaking the stones into sand.

The four glasses of different liquids are mixed and left in the dark for 3-4 days, and the temperature should be at room temperature. From the resulting combination take 1 tablespoon half an hour before meals.

Do not be afraid if you feel pain or cramps in the kidneys, it means that you probably started throwing stones or grit when urinating.

The amount of fluid that is obtained is enough for 2-3 weeks. If you feel better after this period, you may stop taking the liquid. If no positive effect is observed, repeat the procedure after 3 weeks, but add another 1.5 cups of radish juice to the mixture.

Essential oils would also help with such a health problem. They contain many volatile substances. Due to their insolubility in water, they accumulate on the surface of kidney stones and eventually "break" them. In addition, these substances have a diuretic effect, leading to good cleansing of the kidneys . The intake of fir oil gives very good results.

You can also use herbal mixtures, birch buds, cranberry leaves and others for purification. Drink the decoction you prefer for a week, then add 2.5% fir oil (5 drops) and take 3 times a day half an hour before meals. After 3-4 days, the urine should become cloudy, which means that the deposits in your kidneys break down. The next few days you need to run - this will help break the stones. If you experience severe pain, take a hot bath. The whole procedure takes about 2 weeks.

Using any of the attached ways to cleanse the kidneys, you will help yourself, but still, before resorting to them, be sure to consult a doctor.
