Kumis

Kumis is a sour milk product with healing and high nutritional qualities. It is prepared from mare's milk in a special way, prevents the development of diseases and has a beneficial effect on the health of existing ones. The drink has a white color, delicate texture and a pleasant sour milk taste. It is obtained by fermenting milk with the help of lactic acid bacteria or lactic yeast.
