During the season of vegetables and picnics, we offer a list of light salads for grilled dishes. Vegetables and meat go together perfectly! In addition, you can prepare such healthy and fresh salads in no time from one to four ingredients. We give preference to vegetables and herbs growing in our beds.

Salad with pear and walnuts

Chop the romaine lettuce. Put on a wide dish. Cut a juicy pear into thin slices directly onto a plate and sprinkle with lightly toasted walnuts. Dressing classic - 3 parts olive oil and part lemon juice. Spices and honey - optional. Romaine lettuce can be replaced with lettuce mix or Beijing cabbage.

Vegetable salad with corn

Drain the liquid from the canned corn. Cut 3-4 cucumbers into half rings, two large tomatoes into slices. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Add chopped dill. Dressing is made from lemon juice and vegetable oil (1 part juice and 3 parts oil). Salt and pepper - to taste.

Tomato salad

Cut a few small tomatoes into rings and put on a flat dish. Put a small amount of arugula on top. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Prepare dressing from 3 tbsp. spoons of vegetable (olive) oil and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar (wine, apple or table). Season salad with dressing before serving.

Salad with avocado and cucumber

Hard boil an egg. Cut the avocado and cucumber into cubes, chop the greens. We will prepare the dressing from Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper. Simple, delicious, healthy! By the way, this salad is quite possible to eat for breakfast!

Cucumber salad with sesame seeds and chili

Peel a long cucumber into thin strips. It is better to cut out the part with seeds, it will give a lot of juice. Add a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce to the cucumber and “soak” the cucumber in soy with your hands on all sides - make a lump of chopped cucumber and twirl it, lowering it into the sauce. Squeeze lightly and pour off excess. Add toasted sesame seeds and some crushed chili (if you like it spicy).

Cucumber salad with Greek yogurt

Cut a few cucumbers and a red onion into thin half rings. Finely chop the dill. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and top with Greek yogurt. The perfect refreshing salad for grilled meats!

Cucumber and red onion salad

Another simple cucumber and onion salad. Cut a few cucumbers and red onions into thin rings and place on a flat plate. Finely chop mint or other herbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Fill with vegetable oil.
