Composition
1 packet white beans
200 grams diced tomatoes
2 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed paprika
400 grams freshly chopped Chinese cabbage or spinach
200 grams parmesan
The diet is applicable for people who generally like bean dishes and for vegetarians.
First you need to boil the white beans by changing the water once. Then in another bowl you can put the stewed Chinese cabbage (or spinach) to stew. After the beans are cooked, the softened cabbage is added to it, tomatoes, basil, oregano and black pepper are added successively. To taste, add a little olive oil and various spices, such as chili, turmeric and others depending on preferences. The mixture thus prepared is left to simmer over low heat in order to mix well the aromas and flavors of the individual ingredients.
When the beans are served, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
The diet can be applied in two variants:
1. Short diet for three days
Set aside 3 days a week in which only breakfast will be different, and lunch and dinner will be bean stew.
Thus applied, this diet is suitable for faster weight loss, but should not be used for more than 2 weeks. After about 1 month of rest you can repeat the diet if you want to lose another ring.
2. Prolonged diet for four weeks
At least 5 days a week, use bean stew as a lunch menu in case you do not want to have dinner with beans. One week is declared a "bean", and the next is a break. This is done for a minimum of 2 months for a longer lasting effect.
The white bean diet in the second variant should not be applied for more than 4 months. A break of 2 months should be taken before it is repeated. The reason for imposing a limited period of diet is the risk of hypovitaminosis. Hypovitaminosis is a deficiency of one or more vitamins that occurs as a result of a monotonous diet.
