During a lunch break at work, many have a snack in a cafe or run to the supermarket for sandwiches and salad.

It is much healthier and cheaper than lunch in a cafe and food from the store. We will be preparing lunch for the office in the evening and we promise you will not spend even 20 minutes on cooking!

Introducing 5 hearty and original dishes for lunch at work.

1. Salad with avocado

 

Place a handful of washed and paper towel-dried spinach in a resealable container. Peel and slice a small avocado, cut 4-6 strawberries. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, pepper, salt and fry in oil over medium heat until tender, 4-5 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a separate plate, let cool, then transfer to a container. The easiest dressing for any salad is 3 parts olive oil and 1 part lemon juice. Dress up the salad and you're done!

2. Salad with cherries and chicken

 

At the beginning of summer, cherries will go! Don't miss the moment and prepare an original salad with chicken, cherries, tomatoes and bell peppers. We wash the vegetables and berries, dry them and cut them into pieces, select the bones from the cherries. Chicken fillet can be boiled, baked, but it is better to just fry the pieces in a pan until golden brown. Salt and pepper the chicken before frying. We mix everything and put it in a container for food with a lid. If you don’t have cherries, then dress such a salad without berries with mayonnaise, or add sweet grapes and season with olive oil.

3. Langet in lavash

 

We fry any meat, fish or poultry in pieces. Add washed and chopped vegetables, onions, your favorite sauce. We wrap everything in pita bread and - you're done! A hearty sandwich with meat and vegetables is convenient to take not only to work, but also for a picnic or a trip.

4. Salad with crab sticks

 

You can prepare such a salad in 10 minutes and no cooking-frying! Ready-made crackers can be bought at the store, if you wish, choose with taste. Cut the tomatoes and crab sticks, grate the yellow cheese. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix. By the way, if you lay out the salad in layers, you get a great holiday dish! Take note!

5. Pasta with zucchini, goat cheese and peas

 

Boil macaroni according to package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, fry the diced ham in a pan, add the chopped zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes. Put the peas and pasta to the prepared ingredients, warm up. Add goat cheese pieces to the finished dish. Cool and pack in a container. At work, it will be enough to slightly warm it in the microwave.
