There is usually no time left to prepare a New Year's dessert. How to be? After all, after salads, you definitely want sweets, and there will be guests with children. Desserts without baking will come to the rescue.
1.5 kg of ready-made biscuit or biscuit cookies, a large cake is also suitable, 1 can of pineapple slices, 300-350 m of sour cream, 100 g of sugar, 1 bar of chocolate without additives, 50-80 g of nuts (any).
Beat sour cream with sugar with a mixer for 5-7 minutes. If walnuts are selected, then fry them in a dry frying pan and peel them. Drain syrup from pineapples. Cut the biscuit into small cubes.
Next, the cake is laid out in layers: biscuit, pineapples, nuts. Each of them is covered with sour cream, and the whole dessert is poured over with it at the end. It remains only to decorate the cake, for this you need to melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath and then carefully pour it with a teaspoon from different sides onto the cake. You should get nice streaks.
And if you want, you can melt more chocolate and pour over the whole cake. For decoration, use canned pineapple, nuts or seasonal berries (including frozen ones).
"Sloth" should be sent to the refrigerator for the night.
120 g butter, 220 g straws (thin crispy sticks), 350 g Korovka sweets (or 3/4 cans of boiled condensed milk), 120 g walnuts.
Melt the butter, combine with sweets and put on the stove using minimal heat. Constantly stir the mass. Boil it until it acquires a uniform color and texture.
Put the straws on thick parchment for baking (you can in 2 layers), pour over the resulting fudge and roll into a sausage. Tie the ends of the parchment so that it does not fall apart, and then send it to the refrigerator while still hot for at least 1 hour.
1 kg of sugar cookies, 1 package of peeled seeds, 250 ml of sour cream, 1 can of boiled condensed milk, 60 g of cocoa, 200 g of powdered sugar, 3 pcs. peanuts in chocolate, 100 g butter, 100 g poppy seeds.
Grind the cookies or grind with a blender into crumbs. Combine it with cocoa, powdered sugar, condensed milk, softened butter. Stir the dough by hand or with a mixer until smooth. It will turn out pliable and will not stick to your hands.
From this mass, you need to form a cone-shaped body of a hedgehog, then sprinkle or roll in poppy seeds, insert the “nose” and “eyes” - peanuts in chocolate. And then the longest part of cooking this dessert is to arrange the “needles”. Seeds play their part. If you are too lazy to insert them, then you can draw dashes on the back of the “animal” with the tip of a knife.
No need to put in the refrigerator, you can serve immediately. For a children's table, this is a great, interesting and budget solution that both kids and their parents will be delighted with.
1 liter of sour cream (fat), 20 g of gelatin, 400 g of any sugar cookie, 1 can of condensed milk (not boiled), 100 g of berries (strawberries look the most spectacular, but others are also suitable, including canned in their own juice).
Gelatin pour 70 ml of warm water. Grind cookies into crumbs. With a mixer, beat sour cream with condensed milk, combine with swollen gelatin.
Put the crumbled sugar on the bottom of a baking dish or a large round bowl, smooth and flatten with a spoon. Pour sour cream over it and refrigerate for 25-35 minutes. Then take it out, put the berries on top and return for 8-10 hours.
300 g of any simple cookie, 80 g of sugar, 100 g of powdered sugar, 100-120 g of coconut, 60 g of cocoa, 100 g of butter.
Crush cookies into crumbs.
Pour about 80 ml of water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add cocoa and sugar, cook until the latter is completely dissolved. Allow the liquid to cool slightly, and then gradually, in a thin stream, pour it into the sweet crumb and knead. You may not need all the brewed drink. Spread the resulting mass in an even layer 0.5-0.8 cm thick over parchment, one edge of which should be left 1-2 cm free to make it more convenient to roll the roll.
Beat softened butter with a mixer together with coconut and powdered sugar. Cover the chocolate layer with the resulting cream, roll up the roll and put the dessert in the freezer for half an hour. After that, you can serve it to the table.
200 g butter, 300 g shortbread cookies (other pastries are also suitable - muffins, biscuits, especially if they are already a little stale), 1 bar of chocolate (black or milk, but without additives), 1 can of condensed milk, 50 g honey.
Soften half of the butter. Grind cookies/pastries into crumbs. Combine it with oil, gradually introduce the latter. You may not need everything - it’s worth stopping when the mixture becomes homogeneous and soft.
Cover a large rectangular shape, a tray with sides or a baking sheet with baking paper and spread out the sweet mass.
While it hardens, boil the caramel. To do this, put the remaining butter, honey and condensed milk in a saucepan, put on a minimum heat, stirring, cook until smooth. This should take about a quarter of an hour. Cover it with a layer of crumbs. Then melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave and pour over the caramel. You can also use ready-made chocolate icing.
The cake should harden, it will take 20-30 minutes for this. After that, you can divide it into portions or cut it into thin bars and treat guests.
250 g of any chocolate paste, 220 g of butter, 400 g of sugar cookies, 100 ml of coffee, 60 g of powdered sugar, 10 g of vanilla.
Grind cookies into crumbs, combine with soft butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and coffee. Mix until smooth. Then apply the resulting mass on baking parchment or foil in an even layer 0.8-1 cm thick. Cover it with chocolate paste, roll up the roll and put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Chocolate paste can be replaced with icing, any cream, condensed boiled milk, honey, creamy caramel. This makes this recipe very versatile, quick and easy. You can always have time to cook, even if the guests are already sitting at the table.
