Fantastic pancake cake

 

For pancakes you will need:

500 ml of milk; 2 eggs; 2 tbsp. l. Sahara; 1/4 tsp salt; 20 g cocoa; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil; 180 g flour.

For the cream you will need:

700 g low-fat sour cream; 35 g of instant gelatin; 150 ml of water or milk; vanilla extract.

For the filling you will need:

fruits and/or berries.

For decoration you will need:

2 tbsp. l. cocoa; 3 art. l. Sahara; 40 g butter; 40 ml of milk; 100 g cream, whipped with sugar; fruits and/or berries.

So, we need 10 chocolate pancakes. To prepare them, beat the eggs with sugar, salt and cocoa. Then pour in the milk and pour in the flour in portions, mix so that there are no lumps. Add vegetable oil and mix well. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated skillet over medium heat for 30-45 seconds on each side.

To prepare the cream, dissolve the gelatin in water or milk. Put sugar in sour cream, add gelatin and mix.

Prepare fruit and berries. In this case, 250 g of strawberries, 3 kiwis and an orange are used.

Cover the detachable form with cling film, put the first pancake on the bottom, grease it with a small amount of cream. Then form 8 baggy pancakes with fruit and berry filling. Put a pancake in a bowl, put 2 tbsp. l. cream and fruit-berries to taste, collect the ends of the pancake at the top. In this way, form all the pancakes, it is convenient to do it at the same time, that is, in 8 bowls at once, and put it in a detachable form.

Between the pancakes, distribute the remaining fruits and berries, and pour evenly with cream, setting aside 2-3 tablespoons.

Put a pancake on top, grease it with the remaining cream and send the cake to the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.

To decorate the frozen cake, prepare the icing. Combine cocoa, sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until the butter is completely dissolved and all ingredients are combined. Cover the cake with chocolate icing, decorate with whipped cream, any fruits and berries.

To make pancakes you will need:

500 ml of milk; 2 eggs; 2 pinches of salt; 30 g of sugar; 1 tsp baking powder; 500 g flour; 40 ml of vegetable oil; 200 ml sparkling water.

For the cream you will need:

500 ml of milk; 4 eggs; 170 g of sugar; 50 g flour; 100 g butter; 4 tbsp. l. poppy.

Let's make pancakes. Add eggs, salt, sugar to milk and beat until foamy. Then add flour and baking powder, you should get a homogeneous dough without lumps. Then pour in sparkling water and vegetable oil, mix well again. Cook pancakes in a preheated pancake pan until golden brown on both sides, about 30 seconds per side. Before frying the first pancakes, grease the pan with a little oil.

For cream, beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour and stir. Then pour in the milk and poppy seeds, mix. Put the cream on medium heat and stir constantly until thickened. Remove the thickened cream from the heat, add the butter and stir.

We collect the cake on a flat plate. Lubricate each pancake with cream, layering on top of each other.

Let the cake soak in the refrigerator for 2 hours and enjoy!

Pancake cake with caramel flavor

 

For pancakes you need:

500 ml of milk; 1-2 eggs; 5 st. l. flour; 30 ml of vegetable oil; 5 g dry yeast; 3 art. l. Sahara.

For the cream you need:

bank of condensed milk; bank of boiled condensed milk.

To make pancakes, mix room temperature milk with yeast and sugar. Then add eggs and flour, beat to make the dough without lumps. At the end, add vegetable oil and mix.

Fry the pancakes in a preheated pan, oiled until golden brown, for about half a minute on one side. Grease each finished pancake with oil.

The cake can be prepared in any shape: round or square, if you want to form a square cake, cut the cooked pancakes.

Put one pancake on a flat plate and grease with condensed milk, put the second pancake on top and grease it with boiled condensed milk. In this way, collect the entire cake, you can collect two cakes of medium height.

Decorate the cake and call your loved ones for tea!

Classic pancake cake

 

For the pancake test you will need:

3 eggs; 300 g flour; 1 1/2 tsp salt; 3 art. l. Sahara; 3 art. l. vegetable oil; 1/2 tsp soda; 3 tbsp milk.

For cream, beat softened butter until fluffy, then add condensed milk and beat again.

Pancake cake with bananas and nuts

 

To make pancakes you need:

3 art. l. Sahara; 200 g flour; 2 eggs; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil; 500 g milk.

For the filling you need:

bank of condensed milk; 100 g nuts; 2-3 bananas.

Beat eggs lightly with sugar, pour in a little less than half of the milk. Then add the flour and mix to make a thick dough without lumps. Pour the remaining milk in a thin stream to get the dough of the consistency you need.

Fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan, greased with oil. Pancake should be fried for 20-30 seconds on one side.

Put a pancake on a flat plate, grease it with condensed milk, put sliced ​​banana on top, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Put the next pancake on top, distribute the filling and collect the whole cake in this way.

Decorate the cake to taste and serve!

For pancakes you will need:

2 eggs; 600 ml of kefir; 3-4 st. l. Sahara; 1 tbsp flour; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

For the cream you will need:

500 g of fat sour cream; 150 g of powdered sugar.

To get started you will need:

400 g cherries.

For decoration you will need:

100 g chocolate.

For pancakes, beat eggs with sugar. Then add vegetable oil, kefir and flour. Knead a liquid homogeneous dough.

Bake the pancakes in a preheated pan for 30 seconds on each side. Before frying the first pancake, grease the pan with oil.

To prepare the cream, beat sour cream with powdered sugar.

Put sour cream on the edge of each pancake, spread cherries on top. Roll the pancake into a tube. Thus, prepare cherry rolls from all pancakes.

Fold the pancakes on a flat plate with a slide and brush with the remaining cream. Pour over the chocolate melted in a water bath and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
