Creating a balanced meal plan for the whole family for a week is not an easy task. We decided to help and made a menu for the week, including meat, fish and seafood, vegetables, milk, cereals, pasta, fruits and berries in the diet.
Creating a balanced meal plan for the whole family for a week is not an easy task. We decided to help and made a menu for the week, including meat, fish and seafood, vegetables, milk, cereals, pasta, fruits and berries in the diet. Soup we suggest to cook twice a week, usually it is enough for 2-3 days. And we got a lot of chicken. This meat is budgetary and dietary, so it will not harm anyone, besides, chicken can be replaced with turkey or rabbit meat. Of course, you will have some of the dishes left for tomorrow, and some can even be frozen for future use. Therefore, during the week, adjust the menu for the next day. As for snacks and afternoon snacks, we left them at your discretion: nuts, dried fruits, pastries and chocolate are a matter of your imagination and desires.
So here is the menu for the week.
Monday: Sago porridge for breakfast, minced meat and vegetable gratin for lunch, cottage cheese casserole for dinner.
Tuesday: scrambled eggs for breakfast, meat on the bone for lunch, pots of fish for dinner.
Wednesday: hot sandwiches for breakfast, hodgepodge and chops for lunch, pasta pie for dinner.
Thursday: cottage cheese with fruit for breakfast, chicken skewers for lunch, potato pancakes for dinner.
Friday: lazy oatmeal for breakfast, burger for lunch, breast and vegetables for dinner.
Saturday: Pancakes for breakfast, homemade liver sausages for lunch, paella and apple pie cheesecake for dinner.
Sunday: fried eggs for breakfast, lamb soup and squid stew for lunch, pizza for dinner.

After such a hearty soup, you want something light and easy to prepare. Fry the onion, and then fry the squid for a few minutes. Season with spices, sour cream and serve with a salad of greens and fresh vegetables. You won't spend even 15 minutes cooking!

From yeast dough, vegetables, cheese and smoked sausage, you can build a wonderful wicker pizza. In this form, it is convenient to take it with you - for a picnic, for example, or as a super gift-treat for a visit. You can change the composition of the pizza ingredients as you wish and the availability of food in the refrigerator.
