This alkaloid (also caffeine) stimulates the central nervous system and helps dilate blood vessels, increases performance and recharges the body with strength and energy.

Cocoa beans contain psychoactive substances that improve mood and the release of the hormone of happiness - serotonin, the lack of which for a long time leads to depression.

Contraindications

Milk chocolate is very high in calories, contains a large amount of sugar. Therefore, excessive consumption can cause the accumulation of unnecessary fat in the body and extra pounds, especially in people with delayed metabolism.
