Necessary products:

  • 1/2 teacup millet
  • 1/2 tea lentil (green)
  • 1 onion 2
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger (fresh)

  • 1 teaspoon cumin (ground)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper (ground)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground sweet red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin (seeds)  

Preparation:

  1. Wash the lentils and let them stand in water 10 o'clock.
  2. Millet also wash and put in water, but only for 10 minutes.
  3. Steam the lentils.
  4. Boil the millet in a water bath for 15 minutes, with a ratio of 1: 2 to water.
