Mulberry fruits have many health benefits - they take care of the liver, improve cholesterol levels, are allowed in diabetes.
Mulberry fruits are very tasty and are widespread in Bulgaria. They are also known as bobonka, and in some parts of the country they are called duda. The trees are grown to feed on silkworms.
The fruits are colorful - black, white and red, which are sometimes used for juice, jam, can even be dried and used as an addition to breakfast cereals.

Mulberry fruits also contain vitamins PP, C, B1, B2, iron, potassium, vitamin C, K1, E, organic acids, essential oils and carotene, glucose, sucrose, lipids. They are valuable for the presence of iron salts and carbohydrates.
In folk medicine, fresh unripe fruits are used against diarrhea, and ripe, on the contrary - have a mild laxative effect. They have a beneficial effect on restoring the blood, maintaining the cardiovascular system, liver and spleen.
The roots and bark of the tree relieve bronchitis, hypertension, asthma; fruits have antimicrobial action, they are an expectorant.
Fresh fruits are used to restore impaired metabolism, which is generally associated with reduced acidity of gastric juice. They are an excellent remedy for diseases caused by dysfunction of the gastrointestinal tract, such as dysentery, dysbacteriosis, enterocolitis, and in diseases of the biliary tract.
The fruit has the ability to lower cholesterol and improve the ratio between good and bad. In general, it copes well with metabolic diseases. It can be consumed by people with diabetes who need to control their blood sugar. Mulberries contain a compound that helps break down carbohydrates without dramatically raising blood sugar.
People with heart disease and myocardial infarction are recommended to consume certain amounts of fresh beans. It is these medicinal fruits that effectively and quickly enough help to significantly improve the work of the heart, the pain is reduced, the ability to work is restored, and the painful shortness of breath is reduced (for those who suffer from it). The juice prepared by the ancestors is an excellent means of removing tumors in the oral cavity, used for rapid healing of difficult to heal wounds. The excellent drying effect has an extremely positive effect on purulent wounds.

From the leaves of the bean tree are prepared remedies for rheumatism, cutaneous tuberculosis and eczema.
