A nevus is a congenital or acquired neoplasm of the skin that is benign. It is manifested mainly in children and adolescents, it is not observed in babies (their presence is extremely rare). With age, the number of nevi may increase or decrease. They are birthmarks, moles.

Useful products for nevus

In order for benign formations not to grow into malignant ones, it is necessary to eat properly. In other words, the body needs the necessary amount of protein and calories, but saturated fats to a minimum.

  • It is best to steam, boil or stew food.
  • Consume products rich in unsaturated fats, omega 3 fatty acids.
  • Drinks: green tea, freshly squeezed juices, compotes, sour, still water.

  • Vegetables: turnips, radishes, cabbage (especially sour), tomatoes, beets.
  • Nuts: especially Brazil nuts, peanuts.
  • Wheat germ.
  • Fruits and berries.
  • Bran bread, black bread.
  • Green spices or green leafy vegetables: parsley, dill, spinach, onion, garlic, lettuce, rhubarb.

Dangerous and harmful foods for nevus:

  • products containing trans fats (margarine, butter, mayonnaise, bacon);
  • fast food, semi-finished products;
  • sweetened carbonated water;
  • chocolate (milk);
  • Cafe;
  • rapeseed, flaxseed, hemp, cottonseed oils;
  • white and sunflower seeds;
  • pistachios;
  • eggs.

You should not go on a cruel diet. It is necessary to take large amounts of various supplements or vitamins.

Do not overdo the consumption of sweets and pastries, which are prepared with yeast.

Limit the use of brewer's yeast.

Do not eat fried foods, also too salty, greasy and spicy dishes.
