Soak the lentils in cold water for an hour and a half. Saute chopped onion in olive oil until soft. Put the lentils and fry for 5 minutes over low heat. Add a bunch of sage, dried rosemary and pour in enough water to cover the lentils. Simmer covered for about 15 minutes. After diluting the tomato paste in a small amount of water and pour into the pan, add salt to taste. Continue to cook over low heat until cooked through for another 15-20 minutes.

Panna cotta with mandarin

 

Panna cotta is a great option for the New Year's table. The dessert is light, fragrant and tasty.

For the tangerine layer, soak the other half of the gelatin in 50 ml of water. Combine the remaining juice with sugar, heat and add the swollen gelatin. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Pour the slightly cooled juice onto the frozen cream layer. Garnish with zest and refrigerate until completely set.

Tiramisu

Ingredients:

Eggs - 6 pieces; Coffee - 1 tsp; Savoyardi - 450 g; Mascarpone - 300 g; Sugar - 100 g; Favorite liquor - 2 tsp; Cocoa - 1 tbsp. l.
