The nine-day diet with honey is designed for people who really need to lose weight and have gained a lot of weight above normal. First three days

The rice
Pre-(maybe from the night before) pour the whole amount of rice with ice water. Let stand for about 8 hours, then rinse with clean water - this will wash away the starch.
Put the beans in a small saucepan, pour boiling water in a ratio of 1: 2 (1 part rice and 2 parts water) and cook for 15 minutes.
Divide the prepared rice into 5-6 portions, which you take throughout the day. Be sure to eat the last portion before 20:00.
The water
You should also drink it evenly throughout the day. You should not drink a liter and a half in the evening, for example, to reach the recommended amount. After 19:00 do not take more than 1 small glass of water.
The honey
Do not spread it on any food - it should be consumed clean with a spoon. If necessary, drink some water.
Stick to all this for the first three days of the diet.
With the help of rice begins cleansing the intestines, thus the body gets rid of the accumulated harmful compounds.
The second three days
Allowed products are: water, honey and chicken or fish.
To be taken per day :
Pre-boil the chicken or fish (or steam). Before eating the morning portion, drink 200 milliliters of water, then eat 1 leg and a little of the meat on the back (about 20% of the whole chicken). If your choice is fish, divide it into 6 intakes.
Divide the remaining chicken into 5 equal parts, eat one of them at each meal. It's the same with fish. The main thing is not to feel very hungry.
You can eat the fish by seasoning it with a few drops of lemon juice and adding a few sprigs of green spices of your choice.
Be sure to alternate fish or chicken days, but never use broths from these products.
The use of water and honey is according to the recommendations of the first three days.
The body is saturated with protein, so fat cells break down.
Third three days
Honey, some vegetables and water are the products that are taken during the last three days of the diet.
The following are consumed every day :
Cut half of the vegetables into small pieces and boil or steam them, you can also stew them in a little water.
Use all kinds of vegetables (do not overdo it with zucchini).
Use the remaining vegetables to make a special salad, the recipe of which you will find below.
Divide the food into 6 parts and take throughout the day.
Follow the recommendations from the first two stages.
Necessary products:

few cabbage leaves
1 carrot a
little fresh parsley or other green spices of your choice
lemon juice to taste
no more than 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water
Method of preparation:
Wash all vegetables thoroughly, peel them and grate with a coarse grater. Finely chop the cabbage leaves and parsley.
In a suitable bowl, mix the prepared products and season with a mixture of oil, a spoonful of water and lemon juice to taste.
If the salad needs more juiciness, use more water.
