For this purpose it is good to consume: pumpkin and sunflower seeds, garlic , celery and peas. Broccoli and cauliflower help eliminate excess estrogen. The use of these foods prevents the disease from becoming cancerous.

It is good to eat separately and not less than 5 times a day. The fat intake per day should not exceed 100 grams, the water should be not less than 2 liters. Be sure to eat at least two fruits every day.

Overweight people steam or cook food.

Dangerous and harmful foods in hyperplasia:

  • coffee, sweet carbonated drinks, alcohol;
  • margarine and confectionery creams;
