  • fruits: strawberries, blueberries, citrus fruits, cherries, dark grapes, peaches, pears, apricots, pomegranates;
  • bakery products made from wholemeal flour, buckwheat, millet, barley and wheat;
  • egg yolks, poultry and rabbit meat, pasteurized milk;
  • seafood, herring, salmon;
  • cheese and cottage cheese;
  • propolis and dark honey;
  • soy products, nuts and seeds;
  • coconut milk, olives.

Harmful food products in leukocytosis

There are a number of foods that can worsen the course of the disease, so it is necessary to exclude them from the menu of the patient:

  • alcoholic beverages;
  • meat and bacon, tallow: lamb, beef and pork;
  • products with high caffeine content: cola, pepsi, strong tea, coffee;
  • butter dough pastries;
  • products that contribute to blood thinning: viburnum fruits, figs, lemon, cocoa, garlic, ginger;
  • fast food;
  • vinegar products;
  • smoked products;
  • sweetened carbonated drinks.
