Hazelnut

Even in ancient times, people appreciated the excellent taste and useful properties of hazel and began to cultivate it. This nut is gluten-free, rich in monounsaturated fats, fiber and folic acid. Contains antioxidants, vitamin E, which supports skin health. Delicious with coffee or dark chocolate.

Cashew

High heat is required to extract cashews from the shell, so these nuts are never "fully" raw. However, cashews are actively used in raw cooking for the preparation of cheeses, other non-dairy "dairy" products, sauces, desserts, etc.

Cashews strengthen the immune system, improve heart activity, and even soothe a toothache. Just twenty cashew nuts per day, and the body will receive the daily norm of iron.

It is considered the tastiest nut . It is used as a snack, for preparing salads and desserts. Two nuts contain the daily rate of selenium. In addition, Brazil nuts will give you a charge of cheerfulness and energy, beautiful, clean skin and reduce the risk of heart and cancer diseases.

Pistachios

They are often called "smiling nuts ", because a ripe nut cracks its shell in the shape of a smile. Pistachios contain a large amount of vitamin E, B vitamins and minerals. Unfortunately, an allergy to pistachios is quite common.
