All this time, scientists conducted laboratory blood tests (sugar and insulin levels). They found that people who ate oatmeal for breakfast felt much fuller than other participants. In addition, they reduced their calorie intake during lunch by 31%. The rest of the participants in the experiment, on the contrary, wanted to eat after 3 hours.

 

This means that overweight people can eat oatmeal in the morning. As it turned out, oatmeal, getting into the stomach, stays there longer. And cornflakes cause an increase in sugar level, which after a short time drops sharply.

According to the results of numerous studies, it was found that thanks to oatmeal, the need for calories is reduced by 31 to 50%, and a person's weight is also reduced.
