Occlusion is called impaired patency of blood vessels , which is a consequence of various pathological processes or trauma.

In order to prevent such a health problem and to restore and strengthen the elasticity of the vessels, it is necessary to adhere to proper nutrition.

More fiber-rich products (they lower cholesterol) should be consumed to cleanse the blood vessels . These foods include:

  • whole grains, whole grains: brown rice , buckwheat, oatmeal, wholemeal bread;

To strengthen the walls of blood vessels, it is necessary to take vitamins and minerals, the sources of which are fruits and vegetables (citrus, kiwi, cranberry, blackcurrant, avocado, grapefruit and others).

Salmon is useful, as well as cottage cheese and all low-fat yogurt products, sesame seeds, almonds, olive oil, dark chocolate.

The products listed above prevent the appearance of inflammatory processes, restore the walls of blood vessels, improve cholesterol metabolism, increase the level of "good" one.

To lower blood pressure, you should take products that dilate blood vessels. Pomegranate, green tea and seaweed will help with this.

Dangerous and harmful foods in occlusion:

  • White bread;
  • fast food and semi-finished products;
  • canned food, sausages, smoked products;
  • liquid cream;
  • alcohol;
  • left
  • too greasy food;
  • fried dishes.

They all thicken the blood, which in turn contributes to the formation of clots, blood clots and fat embolism.
