Pancakes with mushroom filling

Milk - 1 glass; Flour - 1/2 cup; Egg - 1 pc.; Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.; Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.; Salt - 1 pinch.

For filling:

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.; Mushrooms - 150 g; Bulb - 1 pc.; Cheese - 50 g; Greens, spices - to taste.

 

Start by whisking the milk, egg, sugar and salt. Add flour, pour in vegetable oil. Fry thin ruddy pancakes. In a separate pan, heat the oil and fry the chopped onion for a couple of minutes. Then add the sliced ​​​​mushrooms and fry for 7-10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add grated cheese and chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Spread the filling over the pancakes and carefully wrap.

Pancakes with smoked mackerel

Heat up a frying pan and fry thin pancakes. Clean the fish and carefully separate the fillet. Grind and add a little mayonnaise for greater juiciness of the filling. Ready pancakes will only need to be stuffed with fish and served.

When the pancakes are ready, you can do the cream. To do this, beat the eggs with milk and sugar in a saucepan. Add flour and poppy seeds. Put everything on fire and, stirring constantly, boil until thickened. Remove cream from heat, add butter and beat until fluffy. Spread the cooled cream on the pancakes and assemble the cake.

Oat pancakes on kefir

Kefir - 1/2 cup; Oatmeal - 50 g; Flour - 50 g; Egg - 1 pc.; Soda - 1 pinch; Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.; Vegetable oil - for frying.

 

Grind oatmeal into flour. In a deep bowl, combine the egg and sugar, mix. Pour in kefir, add soda, oatmeal and wheat flour. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pancakes under the lid on both sides until golden brown.

Cottage cheese - 200 g; Egg - 1-2 pcs.; Sugar - 50 g; Salt and soda - 1 pinch; Flour - 160 g (approximately).

 

Mash cottage cheese with sugar and egg. Add soda and sifted flour in small portions. You should get a fairly dense dough, but it is important not to overdo it with flour. Divide the finished dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet. Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Ingredients:

Flour - 1/2 kg; Water - 3/4 cup; Egg - 1 pc.; Sugar - 1 tsp; Salt - 1 tsp; Yeast - 1 tsp; Vegetable oil - 50 g; Yolk - 1 pc.; Milk - 50 g; Potatoes - 300 g; Chicken meat - 350-400 g.

 

First, boil the chicken meat in salted water until tender and cool. Combine the yeast with sugar and warm water, mix and leave for 15 minutes. During this time, sift the flour with salt. Combine the yeast with flour, beat in the egg and pour in the vegetable oil. Knead the dough and leave it warm for an hour to make it fit.

 

Then divide in half, roll out and put one layer in a heat-resistant form. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Spread potatoes and chicken over dough. Gently pour in the milk so that the filling is juicier. Add spices if desired. Lay the second layer of dough on top (you can form “pigtails”, etc.). Lubricate the dough with yolk and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the chicken for about an hour until fully cooked.

Ingredients:

Mackerel - 1 pc.; Bulb - 1 pc.; Flour - 2 cups; Milk - 1 glass; Egg - 1 pc.; Vegetable oil - 50 g; Salt - 1 tsp; Sugar - 2 tsp; Yeast - 1 tsp; Sesame - 1 tsp; Yolk - 1 pc.; Spices - to taste.

 

To prepare the dough, combine warm milk with yeast and sugar. After 5-10 minutes, pour the yeast into the sifted flour. Add vegetable oil, egg, salt. Knead the dough and leave for one and a half to two hours.

 

After the time has elapsed, roll out the layer on the desktop. Put finely chopped onion, add spices if desired. Put the whole mackerel (without head, tail and entrails) on top.

 

Carefully wrap the dough so that the fish is completely inside. Lubricate with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.

 

Crispy pies with potatoes and cabbage

Small pies will also be a cool alternative to pies.

 

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 3 pcs.; White cabbage - 150 g; Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste; Flour - 2 cups; Water - 3/4 cup; Butter - 100 g.

To prepare the dough, combine warm water with salt, 70 grams of melted butter and sifted flour. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.

With the filling, everything is also very simple - peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes, add chopped cabbage, herbs, salt and spices. Roll out a small piece of dough, put the filling in the center, close the edges tightly.

 

Send to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes. While still hot, brush the patties with melted butter. You can cut them in half before serving.

Juicy pie with minced meat and pumpkin

 

Pumpkin with meat is an excellent tandem for the filling. Try it for sure!

Ingredients:

Lean pork - 250 g; Pumpkin - 350 g; Flour - 2 cups; Water - 3/4 cup; Salt - 1 tsp; Bulb - 1 pc.; Egg - 1 pc.; Spices - to taste; Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.

 

Dissolve the salt in warm water and add the oil. Pour the sifted flour, knead a homogeneous dough. Leave it to "rest" for half an hour.

 

In the meantime, get on with the filling. Wash the meat, pat dry and pass through a meat grinder. Cut the onion and pumpkin into small cubes. Add salt, spices and protein. Mix thoroughly.

 

Divide the dough in half and roll out into thin layers. Put one on a baking sheet, spread the filling evenly. Cover with a second sheet. Lubricate the top with yolk, make a small hole for steam to escape. Send the cake to the oven and bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for 50 minutes until golden brown.

Jellied pie with egg and onion

In a deep bowl, send sour cream, salt, egg and soda, beat. Add the sifted flour and stir until smooth. The dough should not be too hard.

 

Pour about half of the dough into the bottom of an ovenproof dish, then spread the filling and fill with the remaining dough. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
