Friends will soon be on the doorstep of your house, and in your refrigerator are convenience foods and yesterday's fried potatoes? Looking for a quick and tasty alternative like one bite snacks.

1. Sandwiches "Tenderness"

Of course, the first thing that comes to mind when we talk about fast food is sandwiches. But probably everyone is already tired of sprats with pickles, so we arm ourselves with eggs, cheese and onions.

Ingredients:

4 eggs; 100 g of yellow cheese; small bulb; clove of garlic; 2 tbsp. vegetable oil; 2-3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise; 8-9 slices of bread.

Everything is quite simple: boil the eggs, finely chop and mix with grated cheese. Fry the onion with garlic in vegetable oil, and the bread in a dry frying pan. Or you can use crackers! Mix all the ingredients, season with natural yogurt or mayonnaise, add your favorite spices and put on bread or cookies.

2. Puffs with crab sticks and melted cheese

Of course, no one will bother with the dough for the sake of a small party, so the Armenian lavash comes to our aid.

You will need:

pita; 150-200 g of processed cheese; a bunch of greens; a couple of packs of crab sticks; egg; 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

Cut the pita bread into small pieces (like sheets for lasagna), brush each with melted cheese, sprinkle with herbs and lay out finely chopped crab sticks. Fold several sheets on top of each other, dip them in the egg and fry in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.

3. Tartlets with canned tuna

This appetizer is sure to hit the spot. Moreover, it is assembled in 5-10 minutes.

For a snack you need:

a can of tuna in oil or its own juice; bulb; 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise; 10 small tartlets or slices of bread.

Drain the juice or oil from the canned tuna. Chop a small onion very finely, mix and add a spoon or two of mayonnaise. Put the mass in tartlets or on bread. You can add thinly sliced pickled cucumbers, greens.

4. Kiwi stuffed with curd cheese and pomegranate syrup

In addition to lovers of meat and fish snacks, there will always be those who cannot imagine a table without dessert dishes. Everyone will like this mini-dish, because the combination is simply amazing.

Ingredients:

8-10 kiwi; 300 g curd cheese; sugar to taste; favorite syrup.

Peel the kiwi, remove the core with a teaspoon, forming a kind of cup. Mix the crushed kiwi core with the curd cheese, add some sugar for flavor and place the stuffing back. Top with pomegranate syrup (you can also use pineapple and lingonberry).

5. Small horns with cream cheese and slightly salted salmon

At the mention of the word "cone" we remember our favorite ice cream in a waffle cone. This appetizer looks exactly like this, only in a reduced size, with a fish filling and pita bread instead of a waffle.

You will need:

pita; 300 g lightly salted salmon; 100 g of yellow cheese; bunch of greens.

Cut the Armenian lavash into small squares, roll into a cone, secure with thread or foil and put in the oven for 5-7 minutes (so that the lavash takes shape). Finely chop lightly salted salmon, mix with cheese, and when the cone grabs, stuff it. Also, if desired, greens or nuts can be added to the filling.

6. Mushroom pate on a potato pillow

Quick snack!

Need:

100 g of champignons; small bulb; clove of garlic; 40-50 g butter; 4 potatoes; egg; salt to taste; 2 tbsp. l. flour; vegetable oil for frying.

Fry porcini mushrooms or champignons in a pan with onions and garlic, cool and grind in a blender to a homogeneous consistency with the addition of butter and spices.

Then you need to prepare a potato pillow, or, to put it more simply, mini potato pancakes. Grate potatoes, mix with egg, flour and spices to make a dough of thick sour cream consistency. Fry small pancakes for 1.5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. As soon as the potato pancakes have cooled, put the mushroom pate on them and decorate the appetizer with greens.

7. Pouch with eggplant and smoked sausage

And again, Armenian lavash comes to our aid. Or you can use thin phyllo dough.

Ingredients:

pita bread or filo dough; small eggplant; 150 g of sausage; spices; 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

Cut the smoked sausage and eggplant into small pieces, fry on a shortbread with the addition of your favorite spices or sauce. Cut the pita bread into squares, put the filling in the middle, roll it into a bag and secure it well with a thread or foil. Send the bags to the oven for 10-15 minutes, and you can serve.
