2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil should be taken daily.

 

About the menu:

  • Breakfast: eggs and bacon with vegetables cooked in coconut milk;
  • Breakfast: 100 grams of hazelnuts or walnuts;
  • Lunch: spinach salad with pine nuts and avocado;
  • Afternoon snack: celery and goat cheese; roasted fish with unpolished rice (brown);
  • Dinner: Salad with Kosovo supplement of your choice (butter, sawdust ...) and 12 raw almonds.

 

Dangerous properties and contraindications to the diet

During such a coconut diet, large amounts of saturated fats are consumed, which can increase the level of cholesterol in the blood, which in turn is a risk factor for the development of heart disease.
