One Week Diet With Stewed Cabbage

The diet with stewed cabbage lasts 7 days. During this period you can lose 5-7 pounds of weight, depending on your metabolism and physical activity.

You need two servings of cabbage a day, for them you need:

  • small cabbage
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 large or 2 small carrots

  • Breakfast: 250 grams of oatmeal with milk, 250 milliliters of black tea, sweetened with 1-2 teaspoons of honey;

Second day
  • Breakfast: 250 grams of barley porridge, boiled in milk, 250 milliliters of black tea with 1-2 teaspoons of honey;
  • Second breakfast: 1 cup of yogurt with a fat content of 2.5%;
  • Lunch: 250 grams of stewed cabbage, 300 milliliters of rosehip decoction;
  • Afternoon snack: 300 milliliters of kefir or yogurt;
  • Dinner: 250 grams of stewed cabbage, 150 grams of boiled fish without skin, 300 milliliters of freshly brewed green tea.
Third day
  • Breakfast: 250 grams of buckwheat porridge with milk, 250 milliliters of weak black tea with 1-2 teaspoons of honey;
  • Breakfast: 1 medium orange;
  • Lunch: 250 grams of stewed cabbage, 300 milliliters of rosehip decoction;
  • Afternoon snack: 250 milliliters of yogurt;
  • Dinner: 250 grams of stewed cabbage, 150 grams of boiled beef, 1 medium tomato, 300 milliliters of freshly brewed green tea.
Fourth day
  • Breakfast: 30 grams of low-fat cheese, omelet, 250 milliliters of coffee with milk without sugar;
  • Second breakfast: 2 medium-sized kiwis;

  • Afternoon snack: 300 milliliters of yogurt (or kefir);

Fifth day

  • Dinner: 250 grams of stewed cabbage, 150 grams of boiled fish without skin, 300 milliliters of freshly brewed green tea.
Sixth day
  • Breakfast: 250 grams of rice porridge with milk, 250 milliliters of weak black tea with 1-2 teaspoons of honey;
  • Breakfast: 100 grams of nonfat cottage cheese;
  • Lunch: 250 grams of stewed cabbage, 300 milliliters of rosehip decoction;
  • Afternoon snack: 300 milliliters of kefir or yogurt.
  • Dinner: 250 grams of stewed cabbage, 150 grams of boiled turkey without skin, 300 milliliters of freshly brewed green tea.
Seventh day
  • Breakfast: 250 grams of buckwheat porridge made with milk, 250 milliliters of weak black tea with 1-2 teaspoons of honey;
  • Breakfast: toasted slice of bread, 300 milliliters of freshly brewed green tea;
  • Lunch 250 grams of stewed cabbage, 300 milliliters of rosehip decoction (dried rosehip tea);
  • Afternoon snack: 250 grams of yogurt;
  • Dinner: 250 grams of stewed cabbage, 150 grams of boiled chicken breast, 300 milliliters of freshly brewed green tea.
